Group Activity – Customization of a learning activity, through adaptation of content, or pedagogical framework.

The purpose of this activity is to explore:

The group activity will be act as a catalyst for plenary discussion of what repository service functions or tools we need to support these transformations of content.

Your group is asked to develop learning activities for a specific grade or post-secondary level, and geographic location of your choosing. The following resources are provided:


Guidelines:

  1. Decide upon on the grade level or post-secondary level and geographic location of your learners.
  2. After you have prepared three learning activities for a content area, transform each of the activities again for a second content area. Add these three additional activities to your Powerpoint presentation.

  3. Transform the learning activities once again, adapting for either individual learning (K-12) or for large class teaching (post-secondary). Add these final three additional activities to your Powerpoint presentation.
